MEET SANDRA BRAZAEU
KUNDALINI YOGA INSTRUCTOR
The yoga I practice is Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. We follow the Sikh life style. We combine breath work, exercise sets, relaxation, chanting and meditation in each of our classes. Our yoga sets usually have a little more movement to them as opposed to holding position as in in Hatha Yoga. Our sets are very specific as well. ie: Each set would be for a purpose such as a " liver cleanse", "opening the lungs and circulation", "navel centre workout" etc. The meditations are also very specific.
