ARLENE HAS A DREAM; A DREAM TO SEE YOGA CURRICULUM ADOPTED BY MINISTRIES OF EDUCATION AND TAUGHT IN SCHOOLS AROUND THE WORLD.
Named after her guru, Swami Nitya Yoga Centre will be ready to open in the spring of 2010 when Arlene will begin to facilitate the first stage of working toward making that dream come true.
This Retreat, nestled in the Oak Savanna next to Lake Huron's Beautiful Shoreline, will be a place for teachers to train, community to share and for children of all ages to learn how to discover themselves through gaining an awareness of the 5000 year old science and philosophy of YOGA.
Sunsets, among the most spectacular in the world, shallow fresh water beaches with rolling sand dunes marking the coastline, and hiking trails through the neighboring Pinery Provincial Park, create a perfect setting for exploration, relaxation and meditation.
